Enforcement and Appeals Policy
Last Updated: March 2026
This policy explains how Latuos handles product and account enforcement. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Enforcement Actions
- Product warning and correction request.
- Temporary unpublish of one or more product pages.
- Download disablement while risk or legal review is in progress.
- Account suspension with access limits.
- Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations.
Immediate Action Triggers
- Credible fraud indicators or abuse campaigns.
- Content that appears clearly unlawful or clearly prohibited.
- Payment processor or legal compliance escalation.
- Repeated non-compliance after prior warnings.
Latuos may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, safety, or payment-partner requirements.
Appeals
- Submit appeals to [email protected].
- Include account email, affected product URL, action date, and supporting evidence.
- Latuos provides an initial response target of 5 business days.
- Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal.
- Latuos may uphold, modify, or reverse the action after review. Appeal review is based on the information submitted, internal risk signals, legal obligations, and payment-partner requirements.
Repeat Violations
Repeated violations result in permanent termination and prohibition on creating new accounts without written approval.
