Latuos reserves the right to restrict or remove products that create legal, fraud, abuse, or payment-network risk. This page supplements our Terms of Service.
Restricted Categories
- Illegal products, stolen content, counterfeit goods, or fraud facilitation.
- Malware, credential theft tools, hacking guides, or exploit distribution.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
- Misleading products, fake deliverables, empty files sold as real products, or scam offers.
- Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, or content encouraging violence.
- Sexual content that is unlawful, exploitative, or prohibited by payment processors.
- Products prohibited by Stripe or card-network rules in your account context.
- Products or services that violate sanctions, export controls, or trade restrictions.
- Any product category we determine creates unacceptable platform or compliance risk.
Enforcement
- Latuos may unpublish product pages, disable downloads, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
- Latuos may take immediate action without prior notice when risk is severe or legally urgent.
- Latuos may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon publication.
